The current worldwide credit crunch and ongoing U.S. sub-prime mortgage crisis will be among the topics addressed at the upcoming 41st Annual Capital Markets in Real Estate Conference, Thursday, November 13, 2008, at The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, NYC, sponsored by the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York Universitys School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
This years conference, Creating Opportunities from the Chaos of the Credit Crunch: A Practitioners Guide, is focused on the world-wide credit crisis with the dislocation of the capital markets and the drastic effects this is having on commercial real estate.
