NYU Student Performance Artists Showcase Talent in "Transcending with Passion and Spirit," April 24-27

New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study will hold its Masters Showcase 2008, “Transcending with Passion and Spirit,” at Gallatin’s new Jerry H. Labowitz Theatre for the Performing Arts, 715 Broadway (entrance on the corner of Washington Place). Evening performances: Thurs., April 24 through Sun., April 27 at 7:30 p.m. Matinee performances: Sat., April 26 and Sun., April 27 at 3 p.m. All performances are free and open to the public. This year’s performances, which explore topics such as “Life and Healing,” “Human Rights,” and “Magical Realism,” range from dance to film to song.
