Media Production

The Department of Media Production works closely with NYU schools and divisions to design and produce effective media for the NYU community. The department creates video content that advances your strategic communications goals in areas such as recruitment, student affairs, development, alumni relations and public relations. Media Production also advises clients on how to best use video creatively for the web, social networking platforms, events, presentations, conferences, campaigns and recruitment programs.

Media Production is a full-service group that handles all aspects of production from inception to final delivery, including development, strategic planning, writing, shooting, interviewing, animation, editing and archiving as well as research and licensing for music, photography, and stock footage. The department also maintains an extensive archive of NYU and New York City material for use in a variety of projects.
