Brittany joined the Wasserman Center in June 2014 holding positions as a Receptionist and Manager of Operations and Events prior to her current role as the Senior Assistant Director of Career Development at the Wasserman Center at the School of Professional Studies. Brittany received her bachelor's degree from the Ohio State University and is currently pursuing her master's in Higher Education and Student Affairs at NYU. Prior to joining NYU, she worked as a program manager in in the non-profit sector primarily supporting early education and advocacy programs. On the weekends you can find Brittany eating bagels and exploring new neighborhoods (and playgrounds) in Brooklyn with her toddler sons, husband and dog.

Nicole joined the Wasserman Center, Brooklyn Office staff in July 2013 as an Assistant Director of Career Development and now serves as the Senior Assistant Director of Employer Relations. Prior to working at NYU Nicole worked in Media Advertising and Digital Marketing in both New York and Boston. Her bachelor's degree is from Syracuse University, where she studied Communications.
In May 2013 she completed her master's in College Student Development & Counseling at Northeastern University. Nicole has worked in Career Services at both Emerson College and Brandeis University and in Advising for the College of Science at Northeastern University. During her tenure at Northeastern, she developed the curriculum/facilitated a semester-long Intro to College course for freshman STEM students. In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, going on adventures in the city, being active, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Lauren joined NYU Wasserman as the Manager of Alumni Career Programs in October of 2013. She supports the career development of NYU Alumni through a partnership with the Wasserman Center for Career Development and the Office of Alumni Relations. She completed her M.Ed. in Education and Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville and her B.S. in Jewish Studies and Political Science from Indiana University, Bloomington. She previously worked with military service members and veterans in the civilian career transition and search, and is excited to support the career development of NYU alumni. Lauren loves watching college basketball, hitting golf balls at the driving range, spending time with friends and family, and all things crafty.

Cheryl Mazlen is a Senior Assistant Director and has worked for the Wasserman Center since 2001, and has 15 years experience in the field of Career Counseling. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from SUNY Albany and an M.S.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from Hunter College. Cheryl has past experience in both the legal and fashion industries. Cheryl enjoys yoga and all things holistic.

Julie Netto serves as a Senior Assistant Director in the Wasserman Center's Brooklyn Office. A native New Yorker, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at the University of Connecticut and later earned her Master's Degree in Counseling Education from Western Connecticut State University. She's previously served as a Program Director for the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development's Young Adult Internship Program and as an Assistant Director of Career Services at Harlem Children's Zone's College Success Office. Additionally, Julie teaches undergraduate sociology courses as an Adjunct Professor at Western Connecticut State University. Julie's favorite part of her job is getting to connect with students.
Another of Julie's passions is rescuing abused and neglected dogs. She currently serves as the Fundraising Coordinator for Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue, a non-profit animal rescue group in NYC. She lives in Brooklyn with her revolving door of foster dogs.

Allison joined the Wasserman Center in September 2014 as an Assistant Director and Career Development Coach, and now serves as the Manager of Global Career Development. Prior to NYU, Allison was a career coach for The New School and event coordinator for National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. In her spare time she enjoys seeing musical theater, traveling abroad, baking cheesecake, and exploring New York City.

Sasha joined the Wasserman Center as an Assistant Director in September 2014 and now serves as a Senior Assistant Director on the Graduate Student Career Development team. Prior to working at NYU, she was a Career Counselor at Pace University, where she developed a passion for working with students in all stages of the career development process and utilizing her marketing and event planning background to implement innovative career-related events and programming. Originally from Boston, Sasha earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Michigan and her Master's in Counseling and Guidance in Schools here at NYU. In her spare time, she enjoys working out (especially spin classes), going to the beach, watching Michigan sports, and of course spending time with friends and family and exploring NYC.

Keisha joined the Wasserman Center as the Senior Assistant Director of Graduate Student Career Development in September 2014. Prior to joining the Wasserman team, Keisha served as the Program Manager of Global Academic Planning at NYU's Office of Global Programs. Keisha earned a B.A. in Journalism/English Writing Arts from SUNY Oswego and a Master's degree from the College of Communication at Boston University. Keisha is full of pop culture references and is a self-proclaimed design enthusiast.
