Mission Statement

The Department of Campus Services serves the NYU community of students, faculty and staff in every phase of life on campus and is the means by which New York University provides the services necessary to our students to enhance their academic and residential experiences.   Campus Services reaches beyond the New York Campus to NYU’s global community, and is integral to setting up as well as maintaining the systems necessary for the successful development of our Global Mission.

Balancing the needs of students with the values of the University, Campus Services provides the University with high-quality, effective, state-of-the-art and entrepreneurial services.  Our success is measured in the ease by which students and the University community have access to the resources they need and want.

Our highest priorities include:

  • Communicating with students and the University Community and responding to their feedback by improving services to meet their needs;
  • Maintaining and emphasizing the highest levels of excellence in all University relationships;
  • Continually evaluating the quality of the services we offer to the NYU community;
  • Investigating and researching the field to maintain the most up-to-date industry standards.

Dining Services

NYU’s Dining Services provides students and the University Community a broad selection of meal plans to suit everyone's needs as well as many newly-designed dining rooms and cafés located throughout the NYU campus.  Aside from fulfilling day-to-day dining needs, Dining Services also creates special occasion events and international menus to celebrate holidays during the academic year.  Dining Services will also work with students individually who have special dietary requirements.

The NYU Dining Services team continually reaches out to students for their input on updating and improving menu selections in order to provide diners with the most creative and high-quality dining experience possible.
