The Operations organization is responsible for seamless, end-to-end delivery of all building construction, operations and maintenance services.
Our team is organized by key 5 functional areas: the Office of Construction Management; Sustainability, Energy and Technical Services; Facilities Management; Residential Services; and Campus Services. These groups are supported by dedicated Human Resources, Financial Management & Technology groups.
Together, this team delivers the safest, best value, highest quality learning, research and residential environments possible to enable faculty and students to do their best work unimpeded and without distraction or risk.
