Program Services

The Program Services Office (PSO) is:

A service center for project management, business process improvement, business change management and service delivery redesign across NYU’s administrative systems and services.
A liaison between administrative functions and Information Technology.
A strategic partner in developing the vision and roadmap for administrative systems and services across the Global Network University (GNU).

The PSO is currently involved in a number of the University's administrative systems initiatives and projects.

UDW+	The University Data Warehouse Plus (UDW+) is a program aimed at establishing decision support services around reporting and analytics. Over time, the UDW+ will replace the current University Data Warehouse architecture.
ServiceLink	The ServiceLink initiative seeks to transform the user experience and administrative services for the NYU Community across the GNU. The multi-phased project also involves the implementation of ServiceNow, a new tool to create and manage requests.
PeopleSync	The primary objective of the PeopleSync project is to assess NYU's Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll processes to bring systems, capabilities and processes in line with the Global Network University's mission. Additional goals of the project are to replace mainframe legacy systems with a single, comprehensive HR system.
BPM Workflow Upgrade	Re-platform several applications from NYU Workflow to Oracle BPM 11g platform. Applications in scope include: JEMS, BudMod, NYUAD Pre-Approval Travel Form, Tuition Remission and others.
NYU-Poly HR and Finance Integration	Integrate NYU Poly's Finance and HR Systems into NYU's existing infrastructure.
