Office of the Secretary

The Office of the Secretary functions as the administrative arm of the Secretary of the University. The Office maintains custody of the seal, charter, and bylaws of the University and is responsible for ensuring accurate records of the proceedings of the Board of Trustees and the University Senate.

The Office also serves as the administrative liaison for the University with the Board of Trustees and the University Senate, arranging and providing notice of Board and Senate meetings as well as other matters affecting the memberships of these bodies.
