Mark is a member of a number of professional organizations, including: American Corporate Counsel of Greater NY; Association of University Technology Managers; and the National Association of College and University Attorneys. He is a frequent author and invited lecturer, including at the NYU School of Law, on technology transfer, copyright, and startup companies. Mark served for 15 years as counsel to the Ben Franklin Technology Center for Central and Northern PA, and has created, and served as counsel to, numerous successful startup companies. Mark has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts, including in the fields of professional negligence and intellectual property.  Mark has served on the Board of Directors for many organizations, including: United Way of Centre County, Tides Foundation, Inc., Smart Start Centre County, and Discovery Space of Central Pennsylvania.
