National Center on Philanthropy and the Law Fellow (one-year appointment)
Malik received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, he received both his A.B. and M.A. from Stanford University in Sociology, and he received his Ph.D. from Yale University in Sociology. While in law school, Malik worked as a summer associate in the exempt organizations practice group at Caplin & Drysdale in Washington, D.C. and as a legal intern at the Tax Exempt/Government Entities Division of the Office of IRS Chief Counsel in New York.
