Annette received her J.D., Magna Cum Laude and valedictorian, from the University of Toledo College of Law, she received her B.A., Summa Cum Laude and valedictorian, from Incarnate Word College, and she received and her Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts. Immediately prior to joining NYULMC in 1981, Annette was Assistant Dean and Associate Professor of Law at the University of Toledo College of Law. Previously, she served as an Assistant Attorney General in the New York State Attorney General's Office.
