As Senior Vice President, Cheryl supervises the departments in the division, providing advice, guidance, and management with the goal of achieving the highest standards of excellence in their activities and strategic initiatives. As Secretary of the University, Cheryl is the principal liaison to the University Board of Trustees.

As Acting General Counsel, Terry is responsible for legal matters affecting the University and its schools, colleges, and divisions. He provides advice and counsel on the legal ramifications of policy changes and decision making. As Director of Labor Relations, Terry works on labor and employee relations, equal employment issues including age, disability and other discrimination issues, civil litigation, employee benefits, employment-related agreements and health and safety matters.

Sean manages the implementation of programs and policies to increase workflow productivity and efficiency of divisional processes and work efforts. He is the GC's interface with other University departments, outside counsel, and government agencies on best business practices, and he manages website development and other strategic initiatives for the Division of General Counsel.
