Todd Smith is the Manager of the Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Student Services. Todd and the rest of the staff in the LGBT Office are available to listen to any issues, concerns, or questions you might have about sexual orientation or gender identity. Todd and his staff also plan many programs and events throughout the year that you can check out and they are in touch with many other LGBT organizations in the city as well. The LGBT Office is a place for everyone complete with a lounge and library to hang out in - the entire staff looks forward to meeting you.

Todd received his Master's degree at NYU in Higher Education Administration and has been here ever since! He has been in the LGBT Office for over five years and loves getting to know more and more students each year. Todd's favorite part of his job is connecting with students and helping them through life's ups and downs. Todd is from upstate New York and also spent some time in Nashville, Tennessee before coming to NYC in 1997. He knows what it can be like to land in a new city and try to make your way through it and advises students to strive to find or make their own community here at NYU and in NYC.
