StaffPaul GraysonNYU Student Health Center Counseling Services Since 1989, Dr. Paul Grayson has been the Director of University Counseling Service, the office that provides professional counseling, crisis management, and referrals for long-term treatment for students who have personal and psychological concerns. In collaboration with the other NYU wellness resources, University Counseling Service's more than 30 counselors are dedicated to serving the mental health needs of the NYU student body. A clinical psychologist, Paul was once an NYU student, having earned a masters in English literature from GSAS. He is the author of Beating the College Blues and is currently editing College Mental Health Practice, a book written with other college counseling center directors. Paul wishes there were more hours in the day. In his free time he likes tennis, reading, sketching, and going with his wife to independent movies and ethnic restaurants. |
