Through the Wellness Exchange, NYU's extensive health and mental health services, students can immediately access counseling in a number of different ways: The 999 Hotline: 212-443-999924 hours a day, 7 days a week, students can call the hotline to be connected to a mental health professional that will help them cope with this crisis, as well as with other challenges they may be facing. Appointments: 212-998-4780Students can make appointments for individual sessions Monday – Friday. Walk-in HoursStudents can stop in and talk to a counselor during walk-in hours (no appointment necessary).
